Changing Lives one Audio Bible at a Time
In the heart of southern Thailand, the Gospel is reaching some of the most isolated and vulnerable people, one audio Bible at a time. Through our partnership with City for the Nations, MegaVoice International has been supporting dedicated local leaders in their mission to spread the message of Christ throughout Trang Province. This mission, launched in August 2024 as part of a three-year vision, is aimed at bringing the Gospel to every district in the province. At the center of this movement is the use of MegaVoice audio Bibles, empowering discipleship and inspiring future church planters in communities where traditional outreach can be difficult.
The impact of these audio Bibles has already been profound. Initially just two devices were shared in a Thai Hospice care facility. Not long after, our partners quickly demonstrated the need for more. They’ve now requested even more players to expand their reach, and their stories testify to how God is using these tools in life-changing ways.

One of their first audio Bible recipients was an 86-year-old man suffering from severe lung disease. After receiving prayer, he no longer required breathing assistance. Curious and hungry to know more about God, he began listening to the audio Bible regularly. His transformation has been both physical and spiritual. Not only is he walking again, but he also shares his testimony with others and continues to mature in his faith. Though he once battled insomnia, he now rests peacefully while listening to scripture.
Another powerful story comes from a 47-year-old woman in the final stages of facial cancer. Blind and homebound for years, she was introduced to the Gospel by the team and came to faith through the audio Bible. Despite her illness, she destroyed her idols, grew stronger in her faith, and was baptized. She passed away just three weeks later, but not alone. Though she had no family, the local village leaders stepped in to honor her with a three-day funeral. Her life, once marked by isolation, ended in dignity and peace, an incredible testimony of the hope Christ brings.
The MegaVoice audio Bible is proving to be an essential tool in regions like Trang Province, where literacy barriers, illness, and isolation can make discipleship seem impossible. These durable, solar-powered devices allow individuals to hear the Word of God in their heart language, bringing comfort, spiritual growth, and a deeper understanding of the Gospel, even in life’s final moments.
