Turk UPG – A Voice of Hope for a Rich Heritage

The Turk people, spanning across Turkey and Central Asia, are known for their vibrant culture, deep historical roots, and strong sense of identity. Yet, in the midst of modern life, many have never heard the Gospel in a way that speaks directly to their hearts.

You can help bring the Word of God to the Turk people in their own language—many for the very first time.

In partnership with Wycliffe Bible Translators, we’re working to translate the Bible into a dialect spoken and understood by Turkish communities today. Once translated, the Bible will be shared on MegaVoice audio devices — solar-powered, durable, and perfect for reaching people in urban centers and remote regions alike.

Research and testimonies from our partners reveal that each audio Bible is typically shared among 4 to 14 people. This means we have the opportunity to impact thousands of lives – bringing the Word of God to entire families, communities, and beyond!

The villagers began listening each evening to the Bible and learning about the one true God and the Bible. It is over twenty years since I’ve been able to actually read my Bible and you can imagine what pleasure it gives me to once again have it at my finger tips. Although I am now learning to read Braille, I think it would’ve been a long time before I became competent enough to cope with the fully contracted Braille that the Bible is printed in.
