Bringing Light to a Hidden Harvest
Over 95 million Shaikh people live across South Asia, primarily in Bangladesh and India. Despite their deep cultural heritage and influence, the vast majority have never had access to the Gospel in a language they can truly understand.
We’ve partnered with Wycliffe Bible Translators to bring God’s Word to them – many for the very first time.
Your donation will fund the translation of the Bible into a local Shaikh dialect and send MegaVoice audio Bibles into these communities. These solar-powered devices are designed to reach people even in areas without electricity or literacy.
Research and testimonies from our partners reveal that each audio Bible is typically shared among 4 to 14 people. This means we have the opportunity to impact thousands of lives – bringing the Word of God to entire families, communities, and beyond!

It is over twenty years since I’ve been able to actually read my Bible and you can imagine what pleasure it gives me to once again have it at my finger tips. Although I am now learning to read Braille, I think it would’ve been a long time before I became competent enough to cope with the fully contracted Braille that the Bible is printed in.

The villagers began listening each evening to the Bible and learning about the one true God and the Bible. It (MegaVoice audio Bible) brings much joy to my heart, and when I am sick, my body aches or I’m tired, I will turn on my player and here I can listen to the verses and I begin to cry. Then I start to pray and in my prayer I say thank you God that I made it through the day and now the night that you give us. And I find my peace with Him when I talk with Him.
