Questions Churches Ask
How long until our order ships?
Orders ship within two to three weeks. Delivery time after that depends on the destination and customs. If your mission team is carrying the devices, submit your order at least three weeks before departure and allow extra days for delivery to your church.
What if we can't find our language?
Contact us before you submit. Include the language name, country, and any code your missionary uses for it. Our content team will tell you what is available.
Which device should we choose?
Start with your missionary. They know whether their listeners need a simple audio player, a lantern, video with sign language, or something built for children. Visit the What We Provide page to find more information about the devices.
Why do you need a physical address?
Freight carriers and customs officials cannot deliver to a PO box or a general location. An incomplete address can leave a shipment stuck at the border, so please confirm it with your receiver before you submit.

Our missionary serves somewhere sensitive. Is this safe?
Check the restricted box in the delivery section. Those orders move on a separate logistics track through vetted partners, and delivery details are never published.
